I brought in my car for tire check since it slowly loses air, a possible nail embedded on it. Even without an appointment for the day, they accommodated me since it would not take long for this repair. I returned later after calling me at my house that its ready...the best thing is when I asked how much for the service...they told me its free because I am a regular customer for minor repairs and quarterly oil changes for our cars. That surprised me in a very good way. Kudos to Big O...I will always keep on coming back.

We were stranded with a blown out tire, came to big O with our messed up tire. They were super busy but they were kind and understanding of our situation and were able to put our new tire on the brim and were able to take it back to my stranded car and were able to take my niece to the airport on time to catch her flight. We are so thankful for the amazing customer service. They came through when the tow truck weren’t able to. Thanks Justin!!

The manager, Mike, helped me out and was able to get my car fixed in a short amount of time. His team went above my expectations to fix my waterpump.

Overall good

I had a bolt in my tire and I was late for work. I didn't know if the tire could be fixed. The tire was fixable, but it had 48,000 miles on it. Big O had nice medium grade tires, so I decided to get 2 new tires. They were put on and aligned and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Great service!

Very busy, but always a fair experience

The tires I initially selected when placing my appointment were no longer available when I checked in, the service manager found a comparable option that was actually LESS expensive than what I originally picked. Service was performed as explained and on time. After picking up my vehicle, my check engine light came on, giving me alarm and I called the location to see if there was anything they noticed out of the ordinary. They invited me to come back and hooked up their OBD-II scanner to identify the issue. Ended up being a non-related issue with an engine sensor that is known to be intermittent… hence the coincidence of the light coming on after my visit. I was very satisfied at how non-confrontational and how HELPFUL everyone I dealt with was.
