My chevy impala had unusual size tires. everyone else had to order them...Big O had them. Darald is the one to see at Big O....a real professional who looks to help, not just sell. Will install them tomorrow on my day off.

I was able to get serviced while I waited. I was informed of my vehicle status and I was recommended to add lube job and that I had an oil leak from my oil pan. I agreed to take care of it during today's visit.

We were stranded with a blown out tire, came to big O with our messed up tire. They were super busy but they were kind and understanding of our situation and were able to put our new tire on the brim and were able to take it back to my stranded car and were able to take my niece to the airport on time to catch her flight. We are so thankful for the amazing customer service. They came through when the tow truck weren’t able to. Thanks Justin!!

Steve and the crew always come through for me. I have an old Tahoe and they've kept me on the road and always within my budget. I know I can bring my truck in and it'll be as good as new by the end of the day. And the guys are always so nice. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

Excellent service! Was traveling through from out of town when I got a flat tire. (6/26/2016) Took my car in to big O. They were slammed busy, so busy I had to park in a fire lane. I explained to them my situation, that I had a flat tire with my 5 kids in tow, and that I was kind of in a time crunch because I was trying to get out of town. They were so nice, said no problem we'll get right on it. Had my tire fixed within 15 minutes and didn't even charge me for the repair. Thank you Big O of Maricopa!
