Big-O went out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. They facilitated a late night drop off with the towing company and made 100% sure we were satisfied with their work. I will be bringing all our vehicles to them.

I did not have an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. It was 7 minutes before closing and they accommodated me anyway. The service was very fast. I was very grateful as my battery was dead and I needed to be at work the next day. I just wised the battery wasn’t $308 that seemed extremely high. But everything else was exceptional. Thank you to the team at this location.

I entered the office and was greeted by the staff everyone was friendly. I explained the problem and was told they would take a look there was two people ahead of me the wait wasn't long I was soon on my way, they have great customer service there.

An issue occurred with my the caps on my lugnuts. By accident, 3 caps were broken, but the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. They handled the small problem extremely well.
