GREAT JOB. GREAT PRICE.JUST ONE THING. THE STORE OPEN AT 8. I WAS THERE AT 5 AFTER 8 FOR A OIL CHANGE. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS ONE PERSON IN IN FRONT ME..2 HOURS AND 15 MI LATER THE OIL CHANGE DONE

Although I waited over an hour for an oil change, there were people waiting hours for their vehicles. They processed my vehicle pretty quickly, all things considered.

I'm happy with the wait and I was given a ride to and from work.

They were very nice and explained everything throughly to me about the type of services my car needed. A lot was done to my car for a really great price and it didn’t take too long.

fresh donuts, tv, coffee, freshly made popcorn while you wait and before you know it your car is finished. and coupons too, so it's less expensive than other places around, and the work is done correctly and they don't try to rip you off and tell you that you need stuff that you really don't. they tell it like it is.

Hi, I was having my trailblazer change oil, right after I had a talk to to ur representative , I like Big O tires cus of the service that they attend to ur problem always. Good service anyway. This happened last week. Thanks to Big O tires people.

Thank you very much Justin! I was treated much better there then I was at big O in Gilbert. I don't think I will ever go back to the one in Gilbert.

Even though I have heard people share their negative opinions about big o I have never had an issue which is why I continue to come back over and over!
