I'm new here to Maricopa and I needed tires badly. I called and spoke with Paul to see if I could get in this afternoon for new tires. He was able to get me in and after I arrived I decided to add an oil change. Which was no problem. Paul did a great job to make sure I was taken care of. I can tell meeting the customers needs is priority at Big O Tires in Maricopa.

I have not always had the best experience at this Big O tires if I'm being completely honest, however the last two times I have went have been great and it seems like the staff have become a little bit more professional and started taking their jobs a little more seriously, at least in terms of when they are customer-facing.

Best customer service ever! Work was done in timely fashion, was in and out on a Sunday! Everyone was extremely friendly, but two guys in particular were so great! I think their names were Zack and Josh. Thank you so much will definitely be back.

I dealt with Mike and he was very clear very knowledgeable and he answered any questions I had it was very clear with his responses.

I have been coming here for years. I bring the whole families cars here and never have a bad experience it's like family everyone is great friendly knowledgable and never keep you hanging. I can call them stop bye or get my checkups and they are always on it. I have gone to one other location but will never cheat on my maricopa big o again. Always the best service.

Rich was amazing! He was so helpful, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and understanding with my situation regarding my car and finances. He called me when they thought there possibly could be a problem with my oil change and also gave me the possibilities of the out come, either way. They were able to fix it without any issues following. Years ago I and family members have had issues with Big O in the past when it was under a different management and we haven't been there since, but Rich has restored my faith. Rich is a valuable asset to the company, and he's brought my business back as well as my families. Thank you Big O Tires for fixing my car and Thank you Rich for being so amazingly awesome!!
