I've been bringing my cars to big o tires for about 3 yrs always been great service Unfortunately on 4/09/16 who ever changed my oil damaged my rocker panel When raising the car.

Got a flat tire driving home, stopped in to see if they could fix/ repair it, was in and out in under an hour.

Love Big-O-Tires! No one else services my car!
