Well on my way into Arizona from Huntington Beach My car overheated at the exit off the 8..scary with this weather, after filing with water it didn't overheat but I decided to take it to Big O to have it checked . The guys found a cracked block "� what I found really amazing is the guys called Honda and discussed it with them and found it was a bit of a problem and could be covered by a special warranty . Because of the guys ethical business sense and research I was able to take it to HONDA and get the engine block replaced as well as everything they touched to get to it and HONDA picked up 60% of that cost "� Thank you guys for that extreme effort.. I returned with my new engine the next day had tires put on the rear of my car to match the ones you put on the front last time.. One suggestion .. Get a real shuttle, a professional Big O wrapped van to go with your professional service... Thank You guys ...

My 2016 Tacoma needed oil change and tire rotation. Went to Discount tire and they don't do oil changes. I've been going to jiffy lube and they do oil changes but no tire rotation. 3rd time's a charm with trying to get all my services done and Big O and its techs got the job done. Super firendly pros and the shop satisfied all my truck needs and told me what else needs to be serviced the next time I come in. Definitely coming to this Big O in Maricopa for all of my vehicles needs.

Today I came in (Aug 8th, 2019) for an oil change and was asking how long cause my son just had surgery and i needed to get back to him asap. All 3 gentlemen I encountered when I walked through the door were extremely kind and caring about my situation!! They got my van done quickly so I could get back to my son. Thank you so much for the kind words as i left for my son!!!! You made this situation easy and less stressful in my chaotic world right now!!!

Because they were able to squeeze me in before they closed and patch my tire, I needed it done before the days end to get to work the next day and these guys were a life saver. Also they did it for free
