Everyone is great! The staff always gets my vehicles done in the time they give me. The waiting area is always clean.

Dropped off my vehicle and told them they had 4 days to complete transmission flush and oil change. Vehicle is not needed till 4/1. Within three hours of dropping off the vehicle I was notified of recommended services that should be done soon and later also within the three hours I got the call that the vehicle was ready for pick up

The prices of the various services need to be updated. For example the price for diagnostic was $120.00 and the actual price today was $135.00. Ray was great, explained the items he checked, and the results he found.

Daughter’s camero, ac went out and needed oil change. Brian explained everything after the inspection and handled it all. Kept me in communication throughout. Brian and his team at this location are phenomenal to work with.

You mentioned free alignment above, I bought four Big O Legacy Tour Plus Tires. These were top of the line tires, I was told an alignment was recommended. $89.99. It has never been free when I have bought tires and I have never been asked about one. The past six years I have gone to the same Big O every three months. I drive two thousand miles a month, free alignment would have been nice. But either way I love the guys at my Big O, they make the best popcorn Lol
