Prompt, excellent service!

Very professional, communicated the time it would take, the different option provided and the amount it would cost.

Eric, Enrique, and Ernie are kind and very helpful. I feel welcomed at their store and they are always patient with the many questions I have about my vehicle and always have great, reasonably priced solutions.

I commute and its great service and experience at both locations that I visit.

The scale is not explained. Is one good or 5 good?

Eric and team are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I do trust them although I am not always happy with the pricing, there are fairly competitive.

I love coming here. Scheduling might be easier only cause I have to come in super early to get it done on Saturday (I work during the week). But other than that, no complaints. Big O Tires is my go-to.

No key to question 4!!! Is 1 good or bad? Is 5 good or bad? Fix the survey!! Punctured tire was replaced quickly and at no cost! That would get an A++ Rating!

Friendly and honest customer service. Went out of there way near closing time on a Sunday to put new windshield wipers on my vehicle. ( I noticed that the store had them as I was checking out right before 3:00 pm). When the guys realized they weren't the right ones for my car and didn't have the correct size, they went back inside to reverse the sale.
