Prompt, excellent service!

Running on a doughnut tire and needed fast service. Bog O made my day and got me going with a smile on my face.

Eric, Enrique, and Ernie are kind and very helpful. I feel welcomed at their store and they are always patient with the many questions I have about my vehicle and always have great, reasonably priced solutions.

Willing to give me a discount when a coupon didn't apply that I thought would, and they are very nice and quick at what they do!

The scale is not explained. Is one good or 5 good?

I have an unusual vibration issue with my vehicle. The staff at Big O is working with me in an effort to figure it out. I very much appreciate the time and effort they put forth. t is one of those issues that will be solved via trail and error which will take some time.

Andrew went above and beyond to accommodate an emergent request regarding battery replacement. He helped make sure my family was well taken care of and that my Mother would have an operational vehicle upon her return to Tucson. Every employee of this store have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and fairness. As a single, professional woman, it is extremely important for me to feel like I'm not being cheated or taken advantage of. This store has NEVER made me feel that way. I can trust them completely.

No key to question 4!!! Is 1 good or bad? Is 5 good or bad? Fix the survey!! Punctured tire was replaced quickly and at no cost! That would get an A++ Rating!

They're always upfront about what my car needs and what it doesn't need, and the work is always done well.

Friendly and honest customer service. Went out of there way near closing time on a Sunday to put new windshield wipers on my vehicle. ( I noticed that the store had them as I was checking out right before 3:00 pm). When the guys realized they weren't the right ones for my car and didn't have the correct size, they went back inside to reverse the sale.

Even though the location was short staffed, I was informed about the situation and pre warned my wait could be a 4hr wait. Which I agreed with and I had no problem with it. They were very nice and courteous as always ! Thank you so much for being transparent with your customers
