Every employee of this store have always treated me with the utmost courtesy and fairness. As a single, professional woman, it is extremely important for me to feel like I'm not being cheated or taken advantage of. This store has NEVER made me feel that way. I can trust them completely.

Answered all of my questions more than once) Enrique gave me quotes, explained best tires, for our cars. I could tell Enrique really cared. Not just "put me in a tire". We had (2) cars! needing tires. My tires were ordered, arrived next bussiness day. Cars were serviced different days. Fast, and accurately. Customer service continued, very professional. Veteran discounts (my husband) 1) Tire and Rotation for my husband car. 2) My car New tires, rotation, oil change, air filter, cabin air. I am a very happy customer on both! of our cars!

Great service - reasonably priced

Eric is as professional as it gets. He takes care of the customers and they do really good work. I only take my vehicles to the W Valencia or Silverbell locations.

Both front tires on my car were absolutely bald and I was expecting someone to scold me or talk down to me about keeping up with my car. However, I was met with very friendly people and they helped me out immediately and ordered new tires for me. I had a great experience!

Even though the location was short staffed, I was informed about the situation and pre warned my wait could be a 4hr wait. Which I agreed with and I had no problem with it. They were very nice and courteous as always ! Thank you so much for being transparent with your customers

Great and professional service

Big O is part of the neighborhood we all know each other, because we go there a lot for oil change, mechanical information, tires.

I wanted information and the agent was very willing to explain things for me.

The team is great. Very friendly and have a well run shop. I was told I need new tires and will make a purchase there soon.

They were willing to start on my car before my husband was there to pay for the tires. They offered us a choice of types of tires.

My service (4 new tires and a oil change) was quick and fairly priced. I asked about something specific for you to check and you did and then called before adding the cost to my bill I was very appreciative of that!

I've been a customer for a few years now and have had a great experience in said time.From electrical issues to tires with 4 of my vehicles, this team has always got job done within a timely manner and fixed the first time. The staff is upfront with any concerns they my run into when fixing the issues at hand. I would recommend Big-O service center to anyone who wants fair, honest and reliable work on there vehicles.
