The reason why I picked Big O Tire. The tire specials and ALL! my questions were answered. Enrique was very professional! Didn't rush me. Answered all of my questions more than once) Enrique gave me quotes, explained best tires, for our cars. I could tell Enrique really cared. Not just "put me in a tire". We had (2) cars! needing tires. My tires were ordered, arrived next bussiness day. Cars were serviced different days. Fast, and accurately. Customer service continued, very professional. Veteran discounts (my husband) 1) Tire and Rotation for my husband car. 2) My car New tires, rotation, oil change, air filter, cabin air. I am a very happy customer on both! of our cars!

My service (4 new tires and a oil change) was quick and fairly priced. I asked about something specific for you to check and you did and then called before adding the cost to my bill I was very appreciative of that!

Both front tires on my car were absolutely bald and I was expecting someone to scold me or talk down to me about keeping up with my car. However, I was met with very friendly people and they helped me out immediately and ordered new tires for me. I had a great experience!
