They told me when to arrive to avoid having to wait long, they made it convenient. They are friendly and honest, they do not oversell and that there makes it feel like my neighborhood Big O

I have been going to Ernie for years and so happy that they have a new location closer to home. Ernie and his staff always do their best to make sure I understand what I need to have serviced and take care of me in a timely manner.

went In for a routine oil change a couple of weeks ago, was happy and so satisfied with the customer service that I took my daughters & boyfriends car in this past weekend. It's nice to have personalized service.

They repaired a flat on a Sunday in 2 hours. I'd say that was good service.

The problem with my air-conditioning was diagnosed and I was shown the problem was a hose leak . The part was ordered and I was called when it arrived . part was installed and Freon added . A/C Works like new .
