Estimated wait time for oil change was truly the time that it took to complete the change. I received a phone call when my car was ready for pick up as requested.

Wonderful customer service! Friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate the fact that they were honest about what I needed and did not need. I had taken my vehicle in for service at another establishment due to my check engine light being on. I was told that I needed all kinds of things; sparkplugs, oil pressure sensors, other sensors, etc. I took the vehicle to Big O, and was informed that I only needed one sensor and everything else was fine with the vehicle. Good job and keep up the good work!

I had a flat tire while driving on rough dirt roads and by the time I got to a paved road & noticed the flat, the tire was ruined. My tire (under warranty) was replaced immediately within 30 minutes after arrival at the dealer on Silverbell, Tucson, AZ.

The team is excellent and treat their customers very respectfully and the remember them too. They are efficient with all aspects of service so you don’t feel like time is being wasted. Prices are very fair and they stand by their word and product. They offer coupons when possible which is a big help. Thank you!

Eric and his crew at Big O are always more than ready to help and solve what ever Problem I have brought to them . The service I have received there is Excellent . My car is always ready and service I have requested has always been completed on time . The prices are great also. I always stop at this Big O when I need tires or service for my car.

I had to cancel an appointment due to an ER visit, but I was accommodated the next day. I thought my visit was professionally handled.

I was given several options for tires that could be installed at very short notice. The price was competitive and the work was finished quickly. Check in and out was fast and friendly.

As someone who has a history of family that had a tire business in the Midwest growing up, and previously having had family connections in Tucson if I needed vehicle work, when I've needed emergency repairs, or routine services or tires replaced, when Tucson connections were unavailable, I have only had extremely positive experiences with the employees of this Big O. This shop is by far the best customer service I have experienced in my 17 years in Tucson. I recommend this shop to co-workers, friends, to use if they ever run into any issues. As I said, my family owned and ran independent tire shop in Midwest while I was growing up, and as to another's review of chemical smells in shop..I get nostalgic with new tire smells, etc... Keep up the A #1 work. You are Tucson's Best.

They are really good at communicating with the customer and the technician. Eric run to the front office as professional as anyone I’ve ever seen he makes everybody feel important as they come in and while he is talking to them

I had a flat and my tires were starting to wear. I stopped at Big O tires on Silverbell and Grant .I explained what I was looking for and the service Rep. then gave me several options and explained each option.The service rep. was very knowledgeable and courteous.After I made my decision,I feel like I got a good set of tires at a great price. I will be returning for Tires for my wife's car and any other automotive needs.

Great customer service and fast

I love Big O Tires. So much more than "just tires," this place has always been there for me in times of need, including earlier this week when one of my rear shocks broke, and I. Had. No. Idea. what was wrong with my car. The customer service guys at the front are always pleasant, prompt, and professional. I've been offered a Big O card in the past (which I've used, as needed). So grateful for their quick and timely repair. Thank you!
