These guys know me by name I come in at least once a month to get my oil changed you're like Hey Thomas what's up what can we do for you today I tell him what I need some days it's like it's going to take a couple hours cuz we're real busy or will get you right in its sometimes I have to come back because the real busy it's a good sign these guys have always treated me right these guys have always treated everybody that I know with respect it's a good team they know their stuff even if I have questions on items if they don't know the answer they find out I drive my vehicle a lot I put a bout 8 to 10,000 miles a month on my vehicle they help keep it running and they do a damn good job at it

I got to Big O Tires close to closing time and thought for sure I would be turned away. But Mr. Perez was polite, treated me nicely and asked his crew and everybody there smiled and let me know that they would ne more then happy to take care of my car. As I was there they checked to make sure I was okay? did I need anything? I was made to feel welcome. The work took the amount of time they had said it would take. As I drove away I could feel the difference In the way the car moved. I was totally satisfied with the cost, the work and the people that helped me. Thank you Big O Tires.
