Big O Tires

I had an unusual tire size that I had been looking for all over town. Not only did BigO have the tires that I needed in stock, the man who helped me, Eric, provided expert service and was extremely personalble, knowledgeable and friendly. It was exactly what I needed after having been to four tire shops previously, with my wife growig more and more concerend about driving the family around on unsafe tires!

You have always treated me the same every time I’ve done business at your shop. The employees are always very proffesional and honest with me and that means a lot.

Always treated good at this location ( Grant and Silverbell). We've been taking our vehicles here since they moved into this location and have never had a problem. They know my kids because they come in with me all the time and they are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The family operation is unique and I've been having my cars serviced there for oil changes and tire purchases for 15 years. I moved from the Valencia location to the Silverbell store. Everyone is fast, friendly,remembers their customers and never under-deliver. They are prompt and realistic about wait times. I always leave feeling I was valued and I believe I received a good value for my money.

I went in for new tires during the 'tire price deal' and the mechanics found my rear shocks needed replacing. Sure it cost a little bit more that day but I feel more confident my 2006 Scion XB will last longer knowing I bring it to Big O Tires for maintenance. Thank you

I've been a customer for 10 years if not more with Ernies shop. They are all great guys! Honest and straight forward. They will tell you if you need a service or not. Where else can you get that kind of service? Love this place and the people that run it!

Being a female, I always am concerned if I am going to get a fair deal. At this location I always am treated fair and with respect. Prices are always reasonable and managers are willing to assist with any questions. Totally trust this place.
