Big-O fixed a tire (nail punctured it) for me. And, since I bought my tires there, it was all free. They were professional and knowledgeable.

Staff always friendly and knowledgeable. Checked right in and kept me posted of the status of service.

Service was incredibly prompt and professional. Without an appointment, I was served immediately and all issues were handled entirely. Personnel was friendly and respectful. Location of business is convenient and within walking distance of grocery and fast food restaurants, a quick destination while I waited.

It was good quick service. I’m not going to lie I was a little surprised in all the fees I paid for one tire. I believe it was $49 for the tire and I ended up paying $81. I had bought tires for my truck a few months ago from this location and I’m still very happy.

In/out swiftly.

I walked in early was greeted nice. Asked for oil and tire rotate and balance was given estimated amount and time it would take to do job and both were very accurate. I felt like everyone was professional and wasted no time.

Had hot air coming from air conditioner. They tested and found it was low on Freon. Took care of it for $175. It works fine now. Good job.

Been coming here for years. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is by far my favorite location in all of AZ.

I had a flat tire a few months before and brought my car in. The guy patched it up for for me, and when I went to pay, he said don’t worry about it. He remembered I had been in there with my second car a few days prior. This resulted in me thinking of this place when I knew I needed additional services on my cars. The people there are always polite as can be, friendly, and efficient. First question I was asked was “how’s your day going?”. There are a really good group of guys there and it’s refreshing when you think of a “typical” car garage
