Big O Tires

Had a flat tire and they fixed it right away.

I could always depend on them to service my car and to check everything to make sure there's nothing needed to be done to let me feel it's safe to drive.

I came from out of town and needed to get a flat tire and wheel fixed. Eric was outstanding in helping to get this resolved so I can get home safely.

I just want to state that I always feel like a valued customer every time I go to the 2445 N Silverbell location. They have helped us numerous times when other car service companies wouldn’t. They have always been super polite and accommodating. I also want to personally thank Enrique Perez, yesterday I had a scheduled oil change at 4 and I was there for a while due to them being super busy, and he was kind enough to put a discount on my final bill due to the inconvenience. He didn’t have to do that and I wasn’t expecting it but it really helped us out more than he knew. Thank you so much

I have used Big O Tires on Silverbell Rd in Tucson for a few years now. The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff is outstanding! I would not even consider going any place else for tires!

I needed a tire to match what I had and easy peasy, it was done to my satisfaction

The staff and Erik were very nice and attentive and fast, I went in for an oil change and to have an engine light checked, he found the problem also asked to have a low tire ck'd, Erik was very helpful, he fixed the low tire issue by having it repaired due to a nail being in it, however the experience would have rated a 10 had they not forgotten to put the tire caps back on my car wheels prompting Erik to call me the next day to come back so he could put them back on. But all in all, very good store to get car work done! Professional, honest service and this extremely important to me.

Everything from start to finish was satisfactory, from booking my appointment to the customer service of the employees and the wait time on my vehicle. I purchased four new tires and became acquainted with a new brand. The employee also made sure I knew how to care for my tires and when to come in for a tire rotation. I was highly satisfied! Overall excellent fast and friendly

The service was good- Eric was welcoming- The work was done due to a road hazard and we were dealing with insurance, and Eric was patient and worked with us through the process.
