I was in and out in about 30 mins. The team worked together to complete the task in record time. I would like to thank the team for outstanding service. Its not everyday you see a team come together as they did. Good job and thank you again

The service man was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely be telling my friends and family.

As always, they did a great job of listening to my car service needs, and were very clear on what my car really needed and what was already working fine. The big problem I came in with was a weak A/C, and they got the A/C working like new again.

We have been coming to this location since it opened (used to be a Fletchers prior). The people here have always treated us great. They know my kids and always ask how they are when they don’t come in with me. Usually in and out quick and on busy days I don’t mind waiting because I know the work will get done right. Recommendations on upcoming services are never pushed on us and I never feel like I’m being swindled. We moved out to Benson and still make the drive into Tucson for my vehicle needs here.

I got a nail in my tire while driving from Arizona to California on a holiday weekend. Luckily Big O was open and was able to repair my tire in about 15 minutes! They were very kind and welcoming as well.

Actually had a problem in Showlow AZ and went to store #4244 to fix a flat tire. I called my normal Tucson Store #4213 to ask them to send warranty info to 4244. They did and when I returned in less than an hour, I had a new tire mounted and balanced waiting for me (I only dropped off the tire) as they couldn't repair the old tire. Both stores were wonderful! Thank you!

Erik is always so nice and very knowledgeable about our vehicle. I feel this is the only place I can go where they are truly honest with you about what your car needs and doesn’t need. I’ve been ripped off other places in the past. They have great customer service at this location! I don’t go anywhere else for our car needs.

I drove up at 6:05 pm and Sam was so gracious to help me to check the air on all my tires. I needed a new tire and Erik stepped in to assist. They did not have the size in stock so made a special order, they gave me the closest size and told me to come back the next day to exchange it. I was so impressed by the professionality of the entire team, i did not feel rushed even at 645. They were so gracious and i am amazed by the level of customer service at this business Kudos

I had locks on the lugs of my tires and lost the key. The staff were able to still change my tires which was a huge help.

Mr. Perez your staff at your location on Silverbell location are great young men and the last 2 times addressed issues with my Tahoe on a timely matter and I feels nice to have the trust in your Big O Shop! Connie
