Big O Tires

As soon as we walked in we were greeted and said they'll be right with us. Very polite and being a female I don't know much about cars but they explained things in a simple term that anyone could understand. Was my first experience there and will keep going there.

I've been going to these guys for a couple of years now they have been fair price helpful and if I have questions they do their best to answer them I drive for a living so I trust these guys to help me keep my car on the road if I have any little problem I take it there they investigate it tell me whether it's good to go or if I need something they've never led me astray if my car is down I'm not making money so I trust these guys and for the safety of my passengers and they're very honest about it

I am very happy they saw the crack in my rear brake. Fortunately for me my rear breaks were still under warranty at the other auto shop I used to go to. Also, I was glad they took care of the minor issue of a few dashboard panel lights that were on. Thankfully that wasn't too serious. Thank you
