Great Service!

Stopped in for a tire rotation and balance. The CSR at the counter verified that the coupon I was using was valid, and then inquired about a previous issue related to my last service. I was extremely happy that this was mentioned, as most centers do not keep track of things like this.

The guys at this location are always professional, courteous and give me what I think is a fair price. They are a great shop!!

You guys are always quick to get services done. Eric is always nice too!

This past weekend was my first time going to Big O Tires, I chose them because they offer an oil change as well as tire rotation and wheel alignment. I was relieved to discover though, they do more mechanical repair work than I expected. I was so impressed by the customer service and team attitude. The staff was very knowledgeable about the issues my vehicle was having and was able to fix each problem. I will be returning to have my other vehicle worked on and will go to them for preventative maintenance. Thank you so much to each of from the front desk to the technicians! Eric and Enrique in particular were awesome in helping with a payment solution since I wanted to take care of repairs I had put off for too long. The place was quite busy with folks I was told that'll be about to two and a half hours to get my oil changed and Radiator Service I left in the Keys I got a ride back home did some work around the house then I got a phone call with seem like time flew by wet and pick up my vehicle it was under 2 hours everything was perfect they checked it out went over everything with me got my vehicle and left there are kind enough make sure it was done promptly when they said because they knew I was driving up to Northeastern Arizona the next day

There is no place I would rather go than to Big O. So the store wasn't a 5/5 clean! they are not a hospital, but when I went in with three year old tires, I purchased from them, with wet asphalt packed onto one of them. The tech patiently scraped it off and washed the tire with gas to clean it . They rebalanced all 4 tires and sent me on my way feeling confident, safe, and trusting, that if I ever had another issue with my tires, I would go there first. They stand by their product and gave me what is so rare in this world: GREAT SERVICE. Oh, not only did they check my fluids, and tell me about a potential problem with a seal and with front wheel berrings, they did all this "no charge". I feel they would do the same for everyone,! Thank you guys, you have my business.

Came in for an oil change and saw that I needed tires and my rear brakes were bad. Fair price and it was done in a timely manner. All done in under 2 hours. I will always come here for service.

Eric, specifically, was awesome. One of the best service guys out there. Quick, courteous service. Immediate calls to let me know my cars were done. No dirty looks for bringing in my own tires. Saw an opportunity to build a relationship, and he took it. Led to an additional tire purchase from me, and will return for an alignment. I worked at Furrier's for years, and I know my stuff. Easier for me to go to this shop, and I'm thrilled I did.
