The staff is always friendly. I have trusted this location with oil changes and tire purchases going on 10 years.

I've been coming to this store for a few years now for tires, electrical issues, oil changes and a couple of other mechanical problems. All the work that has ever been done was of excellent quality and done on a timely manner. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They will take the time and answer all questions and even explain you what they are doing to your vehical.

I'm assuming a 5 is Good!! Came in to have alignment checked. Found a worn inner tie-rod end on the driver's side. Was replaced promptly and aligned. Clunk felt in the steering wheel is gone! Good for another 231,000 miles!! Good price for a good job!!

great service with great pricing

I purchased Big O tires a year ago and now I need a rim replacement. I went to the Silverbell location on Sunday asking if they would swap my spare and front tire until I could purchase a new rim. They had it done in less then 20 minutes. They also explained to me why I was having problems with my light coming on.

Very efficient service. Friendly and knowledgeable manager. Very willing to find time to fit me in!

I apologize for the delay in my response but as always I am satisfied with the service provided for my Scion XB 2006. There was a very minor adjustment that needed to be done to a previous job on my car. It was handled professionally and completely. I never doubted their ability to fix the issue..
