They were great. I didn't want new tires really, but they had repaired a nail in my tire when I first moved to Tucson for free and welcomed me to town. The tires I had had 60k miles on them so I did us both a favor.

Extremely courteous and pleasant greeting and service. Customer service agent recognized me as a repeat customer, and offered a discount coupon that I forgot to bring in.

I've been a happy customer of "Big O Tire's" for over 30 years. Your service and prices are what brings me back. I used to go to the shop in Paradise, CA, before the fire burnt the town down. Fortunately, for me, I relocated to Tucson, AZ, before it burnt. I'm happy to say the "Big O Tire's" shop in Tucson, is close to my house! I just bought 4 new tires for my pickup truck, the day before yesterday. I love the way it feels, and perform's, "I'll be back!"

Awesome staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable . They don't try and over sell you here which is a key point to me. They give the right service at your financial ability. They will work with you on that matter.

I really appreciated the experience and the explanation of what was going on with my car. The two young man Eric and I can't recall the other gentleman's name but I think it was his brother did a great job working on my Tahoe!

Big shout out and Kudos to Ernesto and staff. My truck failed emissions testing. After fixing my problem Ernesto took my truck to be retested and it passed. I know that was something he did not have to do. Saved me time so I didn't to wait in that long line. Thanks again for a job well done.

I took my daughters car in earlier this week, they were quick to pinpoint the problem & fix her vehicle. The staff is friendly, always there to answer questions & when you need them. Big shout out to Andrew who makes the visits fun with his sense of humor!
