I really feel comfortable taking my car to this location, I don't worry that I will be told that my car needs something it really doesn't need. The staff have been friendly and courteous

My vehicle was towed in to Big O following a breakdown on I-19 south of Tucson. In spite of being extremely busy at the time, the team at the Silverbell & Grant Rd. shop got my vehicle in promptly for a diagnostic, and resolved the problem quickly under warranty at no expense. I am a regular customer at this shop, and as always I was completely satisfied with the service.

I had a great experience at this Big O. Friendly and knowledgeable and had information ready from my call 2 days prior to make the appt. Speedy service, clean store. I had an awful experience at another local Big O 2 days before and was very pleased to see that isn't what should be expected from the Big O name.

I called ahead for tire repair, balancing, rotation, and a front-end alignment. They estimated the time. I went to the store, and they met the schedule they provided on the phone. Everything went well including the tire repair.

I came in for an oil change, some tires, and to ask about my power steering being so stiff. Money is tight and I let them know I may not be able to get everything I needed done depending on how much we were looking at. I got a call and was told it would be an easy fix and everything was done at about an hours time. Always professional, courteous, and quick. Will continue to make these guys my go to place for my vehicles maintenance.

The receipt mentioned in a line item I needed an alignment however it wasn't mentioned to me. I just had an alignment done 2 months ago when I replaced the struts...it was also redonewhen one of the struts had a defective piece and to be replaced.
