The crew there was very Organized and got me going right away I was in-and-out the door within a good amount of time! The guy that help me I couldn't remember his name but he was good at typing All my information into the computer

I had a mid shaft bearing break on me do something I hid in the road and also tore the CV boot when they got the parts in the CV shaft was too short the Apparently was two or three different sizes for that side of the vehicle they were replaced the mid-shaft they told me to be at kokee for a week or so until I got the other CV boot shaft in and they didn't add any labor to the cost because it was wasn't their fault that the supplier sent them the wrong part I understood that but I brought it back it took a set of take about an hour and they had it done in 20 minutes nice job

No matter how big or small the job is the work is completed with a thumbs up and much satisfaction. thank you

Store staff went very much out of there way to secure our ordered items, and when an incorrect item was delivered to them, obtained the item and cheerfully installed it within 10 minutes, obtaining it from another location.

Great service time after time!

I bought tires, installation and alignment correction with Big O half a year ago. I started to get a noticeable vibration in the last few weeks. Big O checked my vibration issue, fixed it and it seems to be solved. Excellent service.
