Service was provided free of charge as courtesy for issue on previous visit. I was impressed that they reminded me of the courtesy and I didn’t have to ask. The owner’s sons are friendly and courteous to customers.

My vehicle was towed in to Big O following a breakdown on I-19 south of Tucson. In spite of being extremely busy at the time, the team at the Silverbell & Grant Rd. shop got my vehicle in promptly for a diagnostic, and resolved the problem quickly under warranty at no expense. I am a regular customer at this shop, and as always I was completely satisfied with the service.
