Big O Tires

I wish they would have noticed the tire cover in the back of the Honda CRV and put that back on after hanging the spare back up. It was visible in the back of the car.

Both front tires on my car were absolutely bald and I was expecting someone to scold me or talk down to me about keeping up with my car. However, I was met with very friendly people and they helped me out immediately and ordered new tires for me. I had a great experience!

I always bring my vehicle here for maintenance. I feel they are honest and very helpful. Techs should either put on gloves or wash their hands before entering a customers vehicle.

A bathroom is really dirty. Please make sure that the person that works on the car, uses a paper protector so that the floor mats don't get grease on them.

requested tire rotation and check tire pressure. i believe the rotation was done however the tire pressure was not as the front ties were off.
