There was no oil change reminder sticker left on my dashboard. Wet and dirty footprint on my car mat, would have appreciated if a paper mat was used to prevent this.

I would have liked for them to tell me their findings and how the problem was fixed without me having to ask...but they were very polite and answered my questions.

Have gone there twice for a flat tire. Both times I was worked into the schedule within an hour time frame.

Price still a little steep for a basic oil change. Keep an eye on your front counter to ensure people don't need to wait 7+ mins to get service.

Go early, really early.

My wife called and said her tire was leaking .She was near Big O tires on Silverbell and Grant ,I told her to go their because of a previous experience I had. She had a cut I the sidewall and decided to get 2 new Tires for the front .She got a fair price and was in and out in about 30 minute . She was very happy with the service she received.

Frontend alinement very long wait?

I've been bringing my cars to them for almost 15 years and their consistency is excellent I recommend them highly for their honesty technical ability, courteous and grateful attitude.
