Big O Tires

Was told my oil cap was missing, but it was there the day before when I checked the oil. I was told the air filter needed replaced, but it is a cleanable one that is non disposable. After I left getting the oil change my check engine light came on . This was suppose to be an advertised $16.00 oil change but after all the "add-ons" actually cost over $30.00 which I believe is unacceptable . Would not return to this location.

this location is near my home and I would not go anywhere else they are the best, they explain in easy terms about the problems with my car and they are very pleasant.....this I a great location for service I will use them always...

I dropped my car off for an oil change and walked to grab something to eat. As I was walking back I see one of the mechanics hauling ass in my car zooming right past me. It pissed me off that he was driving that fast with my car especially right by a stoplight. When I got back I told the clerk and he laughed and said they were just test driving it. I didn't appreciate how he just dismissed it and didn't take it seriously, like they do this sort of thing all the time. Not happy about this at all.

Im new to the tucson area and needed a simple tire rotation and alignment. I was told they wouldnt do anything that didnt need to be done. Both guys were very helpful and honest. Needless to say i was very satisfied with the service I received.

This is the third time I have purchased tires from this location. I have always gone back because of great customer service. This time I went to get two front tires one was completely flat which I drove in the donut. When I picked up my vehicle I was told that I had a bad wheel stud which was fine when I took in. I was told it will be $65 to fix. I stated no because Basically I would Have to pay for something an employee broke. I get home inform my husband and he looks and yes it was stripped. I personally gave the lock for my tires. That's when he noticed that they never put the cap on my tire. I called and was told they didn't have it. In all customer service is always excellent but this time the service I got I was not too happy with will probably next time purchase elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! I've been traveling at least 10 extra miles to this store because of the exceptional customer service.

I had my oil changed on my Cadillac using full synthetic . They got it done OK, but when I picked it up and got in I noticed a big, greasy footprint on my drivers floor mat, and more greasy fingerprints on my door. Don't your guys use any plastic floor coverings or gloves to avoid this problem? I went home and spent some time cleaning the door and shampooing this floor mat. as this car is like a new one and I want to look that way. This could have easily been avoided.

I had some health problems and was going thru chemo and radiation treatments and this location was always there to check my tire inflation for me. I would call from in front of the store and they would let me know which bay to pull up to for tire check. Now that I have a New-to-Me car that I knew would need tires, when I got a flat tire and came in, the manager was able to guide me to the correct tires for my car and to get financing so I was able to afford a whole set of tires for my car.

I have been there several times with two different cars. Outstanding each and every time!

Discount advertised was not openly given without asking. Lots of extra fee's tacked on. Overall, I consider it deceptive advertising at the least.
