This shop is the most honest, economical, and professional car repair place in town. They treat customers with respect and they don’t ever try to up sale any product or service. I drive 30 minutes across town because I trust these guys.

Store staff went very much out of there way to secure our ordered items, and when an incorrect item was delivered to them, obtained the item and cheerfully installed it within 10 minutes, obtaining it from another location.

I will never take my vehicle anywhere other than Big O on Silverbell. I don't trust mechanics, but these guys are honest. I asked for something, and they told me I didn't need it! IMAGINE THAT!
