They have always taken good care of me. They find discounts when they can. Recently I had a flat tire and they honored a warranty I forgot I had. Only place I will go to for repairs and service.

While there was a major mix-up regarding engine/transmission oil levels, the problem was expertly remedied by the techs. I will recommend this facility to friends.

Erik and Andrew, or actually anyone there (but I've dealt with them most), listen to what I have to say and they figure it out. The repairs I've had have always been completed the first time around and I've had no recurring issues with repairs. They are upfront about costs and timelines. They let me know what's going on with the repair as it's in the shop. I'm very appreciative that they are fair and I trust them. Not something you can say with every mechanic shop!

I'm a long-time returning customer at the Grant & Silverbell store in Tucson AZ. I've never been less than completely satisfied with the products and services here for my own vehicle; so when my wife's vehicle needed new tires, this Big O was my first call.

I took a tractor wheel and tire in for mounting. Figured to pick it up in a few days. These guys got it done in ten minutes. Didn't even have enough time to look at the magazines.
