Big O Tires

My wife called and said her tire was leaking .She was near Big O tires on Silverbell and Grant ,I told her to go their because of a previous experience I had. She had a cut I the sidewall and decided to get 2 new Tires for the front .She got a fair price and was in and out in about 30 minute . She was very happy with the service she received.

Andrew went over and beyond to help me. He was very professional and even helped me feel better about locking my keys in my R V. He is amazing and is the type of employee that deserves to climb to ladder in your company.

I've been bringing my cars to them for almost 15 years and their consistency is excellent I recommend them highly for their honesty technical ability, courteous and grateful attitude.

It is the closest business for me to get my car worked on. I'm glad it's Big O!

We called this location by accident and were so fortunate to speak with Andrew. He was really knowledgeable about our type of tire (run flat) and was honest with us during several calls. It seems rare to us that a service company cares more about the well being of your vehicle than making a huge profit. This family run business is honest, knowledgeable and kind! We will pursue all future car service at this location.

I bought two new tires. The price was as quoted over the phone. The service was fast and the experience was professional. I will come back for services such as an oil change.

Im new to the tucson area and needed a simple tire rotation and alignment. I was told they wouldnt do anything that didnt need to be done. Both guys were very helpful and honest. Needless to say i was very satisfied with the service I received.

I have been taking all of my vehicles here for about 10 years for oil changes and tire purchases. All three of my vehicles (and two previous) all have worn Big O tires.
