Our Hyundai's "RUN FLAT" tire (NOT) disintegrated on the way home from my double hernia operation. We were towed to BIG O 'bout half an hour before closing. Chris immediately found the perfect set of new tires (I wanted a taller sidewall to cut down on road noise and bounce), got 'em installed, balanced, etc. in less than an hour, and had us on our way home before my stitches even quit bleeding! Great service . . . . fair prices . . . . fine long-term guarantee also.

We were in Wickenburg for a team roping and needed a heavy duty tire for our horsetrailer. Not only did they have it in stock but we're super friendly and more than helpful. The customer service in this store is beyond amazing...you will not be disappointed with this store!

I just moved to Wickenburg and, based on past positive experience with Big O Tires in my prior hometown, I took my car in for an oil change and check-up. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and had me in/out of the shop in less than one hour. I will be a loyal customer!

I was very happy with my visit to the big O Store in Wickenburg. Service was fast and efficient. The owner went out of his way to take care of my concerns.

We had a flat tire 8 miles out of Wickenburg. The AAA service recommended you for a tire and since you were still open we went there. Although you didn't have the size tire we needed, you did have one that got us home safely. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service we received and will recommend you to anyone that needs your service.

I had an issue and was referred to go see Brian, I called and he was able to get me in right away next morning. I arrived and Brain was ready and one of his techs came ready to get my Jeep and get started. I had no ride home or to get back so I stayed all day, everyone very friendly and Brian even brought me to show me what other problems I had and he quickly got them ordered so I can get back on the road. I highly recommend big o and seeing Brian and his awesome tech I didn't get her name but she was awesome. Great service here as always. Don't know why I didn't go there first when I needing some stuff done. They will always be on my list off fixing my cars.

I have used Big O in CO and various stores in the greater Phoenix valley and I can honestly say that this stor is bar none above the rest! Honest, customer centered and clean!! The check engine light came on in my Ford Focus and in the past, that light meant I would be spending a lot of money on repairs. It was time for an oil change and I have been using Big O for maintenance so I asked for a diagnostic on the engine. The tech found the problem. It was a lose hose connection and he fixed it. I don't know anything about engines so it is wonderful to do business with a company I can trust. Jeanette

Everyone was friendly and really helpful. I had an emergency flat tire and they got me out pretty quick and helped me put all my luggage, tire etc back in my car. Price was good and they were able to repair instead of having to replace.
