Big O Tires

Very quick service

I was very happy with my visit to the big O Store in Wickenburg. Service was fast and efficient. The owner went out of his way to take care of my concerns.

I went in for a periodic rotation and balance, and the staff treated me as well as if I'd been making an expensive purchase.

I had an issue and was referred to go see Brian, I called and he was able to get me in right away next morning. I arrived and Brain was ready and one of his techs came ready to get my Jeep and get started. I had no ride home or to get back so I stayed all day, everyone very friendly and Brian even brought me to show me what other problems I had and he quickly got them ordered so I can get back on the road. I highly recommend big o and seeing Brian and his awesome tech I didn't get her name but she was awesome. Great service here as always. Don't know why I didn't go there first when I needing some stuff done. They will always be on my list off fixing my cars.

They always do a better job than anyone else! I trust them.

I have used Big O in CO and various stores in the greater Phoenix valley and I can honestly say that this stor is bar none above the rest! Honest, customer centered and clean!! I had an idea about what was wrong and this store analyzed and "fixed" what the prior store did not address. Thanks, Nate!!

As always, the service was excellent.

Everyone was friendly and really helpful. I had an emergency flat tire and they got me out pretty quick and helped me put all my luggage, tire etc back in my car. Price was good and they were able to repair instead of having to replace.

Being from out of state, treated me as though I was a regular customer!!

I was told what was needed to be done on my grandson's car and what the cost was with no pressure to have the work done.

I am new to the area and everyone in the store was extremely helpful. I visited the store 4 times total for different reasons and each time I was helped quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend Big O to everyone!

They offer better tires, great customer service, rotation, alignment checks and tell you why these tires are better!!!!!!

I've used two stores one in Wickenburg AZ and one in Elizabeth Co. My comments are in reference to the Wickenburg store. The on in Elizabeth needs help.
