Recently visited to have flat tire repaired. Tire required replacement due to several nails in tire. Both rear tires replaced, free alignment check performed. Great service and explanation every time I visit. Patrick was great.

The person at the front desk, Marcela S., was very friendly and informative on the information that I needed and the person who had fixed my flat Jared K. was also very friendly and efficient with his job. They quoted about 2 hours and got it done within the hour I had left my tire with them. Very efficient service

Discovered 1 of my tires was losing pressure. Knowing I had to go to work at the hospital early the next morning, I was in a panic. Thankfully, within 2 hours, the people at Big O Tires were able to repair the flat (a nail!) and did not charge me! I was and still can to "report for duty" now! Thank you so much!
