The person at the front desk, Marcela S., was very friendly and informative on the information that I needed and the person who had fixed my flat Jared K. was also very friendly and efficient with his job. They quoted about 2 hours and got it done within the hour I had left my tire with them. Very efficient service

Well, it was a dumb accident. I popped my brand new tire on a curb, was a bit disappointed the manufacturer warranty didn’t cover it. I had a lot of displaced anger from the accident; 180 dollar accident; but I appreciate the friendly and prompt service.

After booking an appointment online, the service was handled professionally and efficiently. The front desk service manager was friendly and asked a lot of questions about the car. When the service was completed, I received a phone call from the service manager notifying me of completion. I also received a text to my phone. The mechanics pointed out several potential problems to be repaired, but there was no pressure to have them done immediately. I was shown pictures of the problems from their system. I received a quote for those services. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the techs applied a tire spray sealer to make the tires look better after rotation. My only suggestion would be to place a sticker on the window for the next oil change date. I did receive a $10 off as they had a sale. I had a coupon for an oil change for $16.98, but my car required synthetic oil which was way more expense. My total which included the inspection, tire rotation, and oil change for my Mazda CX-5 was around $58.

The service rep was very Helpful and and ask what quantity tire I wanted. He gave me a price and time required to replace tire. This was all comleted in a timely manner.
