The technicians and front end guy took care of my Wife's car great. They also provided additional information regarding future service work. She was pleased with all of the results.

Over my last three visits, actually, the Big O Team was spectacular. They found legitimate issues that my car dealer had (inexcusably) missed, and they fixed it all, beautifully, without gouging me. A special shout-out to Marcela Saenz, in particular. She was amazing. She was kind, professional, and diligent. Simply the best.

I like this place. The people treat you like a valued customer. They're communicative and clear about what your car needs, they tell you what the job will cost before they do it, and they finish the work in a timely way.

Associates were friendly ans fast. Didn't have to wait long. Guy was very polite and communicated well.

I came to the store for a flat tire repair. The advisor was courteous and friendly. The repair was completed before the time promised. I was surprised when the advisor said there was no charge, but I did leave a tip for the technician. I haven't had any issues with the repaired tire.

I'm new to Ahwatukee Arizona, and found Big O tires closed to our place and found them online. I had to replace my one flat tire and Big O did it. Their employees are very nice, they are very accommodating even out air on my spare tire, they did not push me to buy more tires and they're change my tires faster than the time they gave me. I would be coming back here. And oh they have free wi-fi
