Big O Tires

I was charged a fair price for work.performed. The staff was friendly & honest. I left the car there on Saturday &.picked it up on Sunday. I don't trust many places but the guys here have never done me wrong.

Was just there a couple of weeks ago, had wheel alignment. Was very happy with service last time so I came back for air conditioning. Didn't take long at all, happy with the service and it works great!

Everyone is always friendly and kind. .

I asked for a ride home and Phil was able to take me home. Waiting was very uncomfortable due to my knee surgery.Thanks Phil

Phil was a pleasure to work with. His product knowledge is beyond what I could have expected. He was able to answer all my questions with answers that I could easily understand and even explained them. The tire tech were fast and efficient and got my vehicle in quickly, even though it was the last one of the day. Kudos to Phil and his team for bringing back customer service to a business that before didn't have any. If you need tires or anything tire related, go see Phil and his team, they will take very good care of you.

Drywall screw in RR tyre causing slow leak. Walked in, gave phone number (I'm an established customer), handed over keys and advised I'd stop by the next day. Got call 0830 next morning, car was ready, no charge for repair. Phil's shop is busy but professional. Give them your car and get out of the way. They do good work at a fair price and the tyres I've purchased for five cars are excellent quality.

It is always a pleasant experience going into the store. Always informed of estimated time, updates of how the work order is going and always friendly service with all the staff. This is why I keep coming back for service

My dad would always bring our cars into your shop. He has been gone over 5 years now. Knowing I needed some work done on my car, it was a no-brainer as to shere I would go. You have always done right by my family. Excellent service, no shady/pushy salesmen telling me I need 'blinker fluid'. My family and I have never had any complaints.
