EVERY TIME...Let me say that again EVERY TIME I go to Big O Tire, Phil the Manager always take care of me. He knows I don't know anything about cars but he takes his time and let me know what needs to be done on my car and explains it without rushing. He is a great person and everyone at the front desk; I have worked with and they are awesome. Thanks for their service! They do me justice every time I come.

The mechanics here are honest and courteous. This location has kept my car running in great shape for years! Keep up the good work!!

I had a great experience everything went well they took car to care my car right away

had to replace two front tires. Staff was very helpful and friendly very efficient service and I was on my way in less than a half hour

I was glad I went in and they helped as much to keep me safe on the road

Kept in touch and made my daughter feel like she was getting good advise.

The manager was helpful in guiding me to do the right things for my car at a great rate. Which helped significantly did not really have the funds so he showed me how affordable it could really be.

Big O tires were fast on putting new tires and doing alignment. Did have to redo alignment next day but staff was very good and great customer care.
