Great service. Never had a problem with this company. Honest and upfront with you. Peeps you in the loop and let's you know what's needed a d what to keep an eye on in the future. Did not try to upscale me which was refreshing.

Had an oil change....they was very nice & got done fast when they got started. But there was a long wait to get to my car. Other then that it was fast & good.

We were so thankful that they were open on a holiday as our tire had a nail in it and we had to drive home to Prescott. they repaired it well .

Got oil change and tire rotation but they didn't reset my air pressure dash light. It's still on.

I came in without an appointment, my flat tyre was examined within 30 mins and I was notified it would take about 3hrs to get the replacement tyre from the offsite warehouse. I spent that 3hrs in the waiting room working on my computer. I was able to connect to the wi-fi but disappointed that I could not connect to the internet. Seems as though there was a problem with the internal router. While waiting from 1000-1330, was surprized at the number (three) of customers who came into the waiting room complaining about the length of time they had to wait, that even with an appointment cars were being looked at out of turn ... and the general displeasure they had with the process. At times, the waiting room had a very hostile atmosphere. I mention this because although I didn't have a problem with the wait, Big-O and this store in particular (Phil) may benefit from some targeted marketing to address the perception of lack of customer service and timeliness. I've been coming into this particular Big-O site for almost 20 years and this is the first time I've seen such anger toward a business offering a service. Feel free to call me to discuss.

Appreciate the prompt and courteous service. Also the freshly made coffee have the wait go easier. David was very helpful and explained additional services that I should be aware of. Will return to have any car work done at this shop.

I worked with the Manager Phil and he was awesome. He gave me great information on the snap finance and I got me all 4 brand new tires and a wheel alignment and my car drives sooo smooth. Thanks Phil!!!
