Too long of a wait time.

I was happy. From big O

I waited almost 3 hours in the waiting room before they told me they didn't get the right part delivered and that I would need to come back another time. Not a huge deal, but it was a long wait.

Best Customer service. Phil has great people working for him and they are lucky to have Phil as an owner.

I would definitely be a return customer absolutely I do wish however that the prices were a little bit lower but for certain things I will return I need work done on both my vehicles but need to shop elsewhere for a cheaper price

Robert was the most professional man I've come across in a long time. He was kind courteous knowledgeable. Robert should get a raise because my parents came back the next day and were treated the same way!

I called to get a time to bring my car in to install tires. Was told bring it right in. Expected it was slow and wouldn't take long. Waited two hours.

I had a nail in the tread of my tire and they fixed it for free! Thanks guys!

I DID NOT HAVE A RESERVATION FOR A OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION ,BUT I LEFT THE CAR & THEY WORKED ME IN.I HAVE USED BIG O TIRE FOR MY TIRE PURCHASES MANY TIMES,BUT NOT IN GLENDALE.I WILL USE THIS LOCATION FOR MY TIRE & OIL CHANGES.

Got 4 tires and alignment and replaced light bulb in cabin.

After the last crew being there, as I said I miss the old group before you took over Phil. Wanted to say the heck with going to this Big O for the reason of it not being homey anymore. I mean that by I could joke with all the guys that was there, been dealing with Big O since 1986, and I felt like you all are family. Been around mechanic's many years, and I like to hear things flat out, don't beat around. For now you are the new boys on the block to me. I'm not a dainty little female, where words come into play, say it how you feel and we will all get along.

A little disappointed that nothing was explained to me. Papers were put in envelope. For an appointment it took over 3 hours. I hope and pray Alignment works better.

Phil was well versed and friendly! Eric (the tech) was knowledgeable, explained everything that was done, and very friendly and seemed very customer oriented. Watching him work showed he knew the test equipment well. All and all, I was quoted a good price. They came in well under the quoted time to complete my alignment, Projected a feeling they really appreciated my business & the customers. Great shop! It would be well worth driving from the south valley to this shop!

Was very pleased to have gotten a discount on my service. Also was very pleased with the feed back on the things I needed to know that need some attention and was nor pressured to have it done on the spot.

Friendly staff. Took care of my wheel change and gave a good deal.
