Big O Tires

I only use Big O tires. Always have. They are very attentive to the needs of my vehicle. They also let me know when my vehicle is ready. But this time I was never notified my vehicle was ready and I could pay. I was sitting in lobby. That was my only complaint.

The services performed were good but it took a VERY long time. The reason for four stars is because they did not record what they did to car correctly on Car Fax

Three of the four tires were correct. Had to go back next day to get 4th tire. The tech was new. It took 2 hrs to get the first 3 put on. He complained the truck tires were heavy. John the manager was nice.06/01/16 Air pressure sensor was damaged and had to be replaced, drivers side rear.

Phil was a pleasure to work with. His product knowledge is beyond what I could have expected. He was able to answer all my questions with answers that I could easily understand and even explained them. The tire tech were fast and efficient and got my vehicle in quickly, even though it was the last one of the day. Kudos to Phil and his team for bringing back customer service to a business that before didn't have any. If you need tires or anything tire related, go see Phil and his team, they will take very good care of you.

Went in for an early bird oil change and found out I needed some extra stuff done. Was told it wouldn't take too long but unfortunately it took way longer than promised. Good service and I'll continue to go there but it was just unfortunate that it took all day.

I always take my vehicle in here for any service. They always take care of any issues I have in a fast, friendly manner.

Purchased 4 tires. Specifically told them to save the best of the two on the rear wheels for the spare, and to replace the trashed tire in the trunk. (shredded). Lo and behold, the shredded tire is still in the trunk, so i lost a perfectly good spare tire. Pay attention to details.

Got new tires and a alignment. Fair price, great service and a business owner who keeps his word. It doesn't get any better than that.

they did not rotate my tires and I don t think they ever checked my transfer case its always low and nothing was used fron the fluid I provided

I don't know what to say as I wanted Big O to be my go to for everything automotive, but now I'm kinda of unsure. This was my second big service at Big O, and for the most part it was Amazing. Unfortunately while there my wife witnessed an altercation between two employees where the middle finger was used Five times. I asked the guy who took my car into the garage, about the oil change, and he said nothing, but he gave me what I thought was a dirty look. My wife tells me this was one of the guys who were involved in the altercation. I can understand bad moods, and bad days but I worried the entire time if I was going to get quality, fair service as he was one of the staff working on my car. One of the repairs was a new battery, and now I have a Battery Savery Engaged light on so I am not sure what I should do...

The guys made me laugh and assured me they'd take care of me for a great price!

The great place for the oil change was the reason I chose these guys.but when I got my car back after they changed the cargo filter my glove box wouldn't shut got the cargo filter cap back on. then couldn't shut my glove box once I got the glove box shut I couldn't get it open I had to have somebody force it open and fix the glove box the right way not sure I will go back?I had made an appointment and set there for over 2 hours waiting just for an oil change I understand it's the holidays and I understand what it means to be short-handed. But not getting the quality of service I paid for was very disappointing. I could have put a cargo filter in my car a lot cheaper and had it put back together the right way.

Drywall screw in RR tyre causing slow leak. Walked in, gave phone number (I'm an established customer), handed over keys and advised I'd stop by the next day. Got call 0830 next morning, car was ready, no charge for repair. Phil's shop is busy but professional. Give them your car and get out of the way. They do good work at a fair price and the tyres I've purchased for five cars are excellent quality.
