Big O Tires

I tried getting my headlights and tire balanced. I was told I would get a free tire rotation with an oil change. After the service was done only the oil change was done. The guy who worked on headlights wasn't available so I couldn't get that done. I also paid for the DNA kit but I never received that book. Overall it was a decent experience that could bof been better

The service guy is always helpful especially since I don't know much about cars. He gave me options and I recommend the roadside warranty. They make my experience quick and easy.

Brought my Honda CR-V in for an oil change and Valve adjustment. There was a problem with the valve cover gasket discovered after I got home (leaking oil on driveway). Brought it back in to shop on Saturday and as expected your team took care of the problem unfortunatlyit could not be completed until the following Tuesday. Still al loyal customer!

was better than the last time where I waited hours and hours and and after finally getting my oil change, I left paid 72.00 and they forgot to change my wipers. I called went back to get them put on in the rain. Heard the guy making a deal with a client about I'll give you a deal with the wipers and your oil change after I had to come back 2 days later no discount for what I went through and had to come all the way back to get my wipers put on spoke to manager he said he was going to look and see if my tires were even Rotator cuz I question that was going to see some videos and never got back to me. So yeah this might be the last time I go and I've been going there for years not only that one but another one where I live closer at 91st which closed. I had excellent service there. Thank you but I will think about if I'm going to go back there. I love this Hispanic mechanic this time was very very nice and polite.

Came in for16.95 oil change tire rotation ended up 27.95 did not rotate tires but did give me a quote for 1200.00 add repairs lol

This experience was great. Was in and out in an hour, even thou you were quite busy. Rob did an excellent job of keeping customers informed on how long the wait might be. Thanks Rob and staff for getting me done so fast.

Seems like it took too long. Had an appt. and it still took 1.5 hours

We've been bringing our vehicles to this Big O store for years. Staff is very thorough and knowledgeable. We have always had great service here and will continue to bring our vehicles to this store.

I came with a free alignment coupon and the service was done good on my car. However, I thought I would have a check list conducted from the people there to tell me what needs to be changed or taken care of. Instead, the worker gave me my key and informed me the job was done, and that was it. I wish they would offer me or suggested me some services to better keeping maintenance on my car.

Thanks Phil and team for your prompt service the other day when the window mechanism broke. I was very happy with the same day service!

Unfortunately it took me almost 2 hours to get my oil changed. Was finally told the customer with the appointment before me had been late so they were running late. I arrived on time and should have been done in the 45 or so minutes I was quoted when I made the appointment. So I guess being late was rewarded ad my being on time I was made to wait for twice the amount of time that it should have taken. Everyone was nice but did not appreciate what happened.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable.... which is why I always go to this Big O store for my tire/wheel needs.

My check oil light is still on. How do I even know they changed the oil. Also, I cam in for the special $16.95 oil change and it ended up costing me $36. I am not thrilled with the service.

Awesome as usual. I have been going there for 23 years.
