Big O Tires

I enjoyed Phil and the price. But, 3 hours for an oil change was ridiculous.

I recently brought my car in for a oil change and they informed me a of bald tires... bought my car back 1 week later for new tires. And learned my car had a couple.other issues... so.of course i had them taken care of... the staff was very nice and efficient and the prices were very decent comapred to otehr places i have been to in the past.. and now i feel safe driving my car... ..i would highly recommend Big O Tire to familu and frinds and will be back for future services.

I was there for 3 hours to get 1 tire fixed, and everything always seems to take forever at this store.

over all my experience was great. Other than the out lash from the disgruntle employee. Thanks again guys

The quality of service is not in question. The inability to accurately predict the amount of time it takes to perform a task is the big-o problem. You and your staff must set a time for each specific task. Lube & Oil = 1hr Lube & Oil tire rotation = 1.5hr Fix a flat =.5 hr And so on for each operation, Rob and you do not guess well on how long a specific task will take. Quality and price is great no problem. How long the service will take Is the problem. The brakes and shocks are great. Thanks Phil.

Always easy and pleasant to deal with.

When I made an appointment I thought an oil change would take approximately 30 min. I was there on Wed on time and had to wait for over an hour. Today my appointment was at 11:30am, it was almost 1:00pm before I left. Not a happy customer.

Great customer service. The onlt majir thing i would change is uf they are having issues getting a oil filter, they need to keep the customers informed. I waited over 2 hours for my oil change. If the staff would have been forthcoming this review would have been a hell of a lot better.

the longest i've waited to get tires replaced. I waited 5 hours, at Discount Tires I have maybe waited 2 hours max.

They listened and helped me in a very reasonable time

It took a little while to get waited on, but the oil change was fine and they did a tire rotation also for the same price.

Worst customer service and incomplete work done. Please do not go to this location. Got four brand new tires and an alignment. Car now pulls to the right.
