Had to go back inside to have them rest the oil change light right after the oil change. Not sure if they rotated the tires like i asked either because the same tire was on the driver side still.

I have been taking my vehicle here for over 3 years, and there is no better place to take your vehicle for professional, reliable, and trustworthy service every single time. Phil and Rob always have their customer's best interest in mind and it is very appreciated by me. I always take their advice because they are the ultimate automotive experts.

I thought I would try this place based on a coupon offer. Rep had no less than THREE opportunities to explain the coupon but kept putting me off until the work was done. When I arrived, I was the only customer, so I was surprised it took more than an hour, but no worries, not it a rush. (45 min. into the oil change the place packed, but I was first). I was shocked and was billed for the most expensive oil change I have ever had done. The bill was handed to me, but not my key. I had to motion for me key to get that back. Guess my trial of this biz has an obvious conclusion. I will not be using them for oil changes again and I certainly wouldn't trust them to be fair with tires. Ouch. So angry. THREE very simple things they could have done to prevent this problem: 1. Explain coupons the moment they are presented. 2. Be HONEST and up front about actual price BEFORE the work is done. 3. Don't put off a customer's questions about price if you know you plan to drop a bombshell. Without doing these three things, the result is a clear case of bait and switch.

I called Costco for a price. They gave me an out the door price. I called you and asked for an out the door price. Your beat Costco so I came to you only to find out it didn't include road service all sorts of fee etc. even without the road hazard it was still more expensive than Costco! I called Costco to make sure that price was everything and it was. Not to mention the invoice says these are NOT big I tires so who knows if they are covered for anything. We will not be back.

Usually I don't take the time to fill out a review, but this time I feel that it is necessary. The time that it takes for an oil change is way to long the time before the most recent took 3 hours and then I had to call and they said " Oh yeah its finished, sorry we didn't call." This time it took about an hour and a half and I am concerned that my car wasn't serviced at all. I was told that my serpentine belt was cracked which it is not, as well as other concerns that I felt were a way for the company to get money out of me. Also, my drivers seat was laid all the way back when I got into my car, and my air conditioning was cranked down to 60 degrees which it has never been at since I owned the car. There was also no sticker reminding me of my next service in my window. I decided to call back later and talk to the manager and the response I got was "I am sorry, the guy that did your service is really tall, and when you are out and about come in and we will give you a sticker." This was terrible customer service and I was surprised at the lack of care. I understand that he apologized, but that was not enough. My personal space was messed with and the best they could do was make sure I got my sticker.? I am sorry to say that I will not be returning to this business and neither will my family members that went here.

You're staff member Eric was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had never been in a tire company. My husband Bruce passed away. I was so uneasy about going to a tire company, I wasn't sure it was even tires that was causing the problem. I thank your company for hiring good employees.

upon arriving at home I opened hood of truck and found oil has been spilled in engine bay! And wheel covers have grease prints all over them! I've worked in automotive shop and took pride in my work obviously these techs don't! Everything should've been wiped off before bringing vehicle to customer. I'm not sure that I would bring my vehicle back here! Price was good but pride in your job goes a long way with me '

Took too long. Nearly 2 hours for simple oil change. Second straight time it's been slow. After the first i was willing ro give another chance, but after twice in a row i think I'll try another location

I told Victor that I was have supposed to come back and pick them out your for free oil change because of a mishap before due to my wipers and coming back the hours that I waited for service. Well once again I waited quite a while then my glove box was messed with and doesn't work right now and I told them and they said wrong brackets were on it but my tablet box to not fall the way it did before so I left just as it was Paying a hundred and some dollars this time because the two filters which I told my son would change ssid would be about about the same price. Anyway paid all over told the other asst. Manager about my glove box. Told about bra ckets but my glove box did not fall prior to that day. So not going back there anymore. Got my tires at Discount prior to this cause wS upset about prior visit. Should have stayed away and I did tell Victor about how I left before and my wipers wete never changed had to come back in the rain , but brushed me off about it. So I give up o this location, somewhere else now.

This visit itself was pretty good, its when i got home that i was very disappointed. I came in for my oil change appointment, now i have been coming to this location for about 20 years. about 4 years ago it had a turn over of ownership. had a very bad experience where i watched from the sonic next door that they did not rotate my tires like they were exposed to. so i didn't come back for a while, new manager and have resumed. but on this visit i was a little disappointed. they brought out the two dirty air filters and showed them to me, yes they did need changing but the prices were very much inflated and thats ok, so i passed on the air-filters being changed and told them to just bang-out/blow the filter (leaves) and put back in and will have them replaced soon. I found them both online for about 70% cheaper, big savings so i would order them and do it myself. After i got home i went ahead and wanted to confirm the part# so i unsnapped the air-filter and removed it, To my amazement they never even tapped or removed the leaves? I simply banged the filter up against the tire and it poured out deibree and the leaves came right off. WOW, not even a simple tapping or maybe take a air-hose and quickly a spry/blow to make the car run better until my filters came in. I'v pretty much bought all my tires from BigO, and 80% from that location. i do some oil-changes and an alignment over the years. have had probable 7 different vehicles pass thru your hands, when i first started going their the manager was great and gave me the hometown feel and respect. I knew the little things would be cared for like doing simple checks and the things mechanics do to make sure a valued customer doesn't run into a possible issue which might be around the corner. i took a picture of the airfilter incase you want me to send it to you with all the crap visably on the surface of it, the same as when they showed it to me in the shop. I just dont get it? a caring shop mentality would always try to make sure their customers vehicles would be a priority. i know how to do all the maintance on my vehicles even change the tires and put the tires on the rim, but its nice to go to a shop and have them do it and save me a couple hours, but while i am doing that it does give me a chance to inspect things like the airfilters and grease the joints and all the old basics. i don't have a lift at home and putting on the lead weights takes a good ten min. to do manually even though i have the old time balancer and weights. I guess what i am getting to is TRUST, if they wont even shake out the leaves from an air- filter, will they take the time to make sure the threads are oiled before replacing the lug-nuts, or making sure they are tightened correctly? Sad really, Im a Retired field Medic from the Marines, and the care i gave my fellow marines didnt matter if it was as little as putting on a band-aid or setting a broken bone i always did my best to make sure they left healthy! same with a car or truck if i was a mechanic like my friends are. Taking in pride in your work should count these days but as with so many things now adays folks dont do things out of self honor and integrity they only do them if they are getting paid what they ask for and not what right! Bye....

waited 2 hours for an oil change when I was told there were only 2 cars infront of me and would not take much longer than 1 hour.
