Big O Tires

First thing I had an appointment at 9:30 am and I was out our the store until 11:45 am , the employee at the counter were not friendly at all ,seams like they were doing me a favor by talking to me , over all it was not a good experience, consequently I'm going back to DISCOUNT TIRE!!

They are very helpful and quick everytime I come here. Everybody there deserves a thumb up thanks again for all you guys do.

Tires were installed nicely, but the shop damaged the rim of the tire hub. I can see clearly all four tire rims have different degree of wearing which this is not something I have before the service was provided. I think I am paying a good amount of money for the tire change but unexpectedly in exchange for car damage.

Robert Barnett was very courteous and helpful. We went in for our oil change we needed tires and he assisted us and was able to install tires at the same time as well as finding out I needed an alignment and air filter for my vehicle. He wanted to make sure the mechanic advised me first as well before doing the work. Very happy with customer service.

I called before arriving and the mechanic said there was one person waiting and it would be a short wait to get in oil change done. It took over an hour and a half they did not reset my mileage for the next oil change. When I told them I had an appointment they hurried up and did minimal work and pushed me out the door

I called around 0715 was told their spots were booked but had enough guys there to get me in for an oil change . I arrived and was told it would be 2-3 hrs. While I was waiting, they called to tell me something was wrong with my windshield wipers and I was due for some type of maintenance. I declined, I Was told they did not rotate my tires because the tread was too low or something. They did not mention to be that I needed new tires. Hello?! Why not? Its a tire shop!!!

Thought for sure, when we brought the Frontier it would end up costing an arm and a leg to fix the AC. But as Eric2 said this is lowest bill on a AC job he had ever seen, 12 bucks! Love the crew you have got Phil, keep it going.

1.5 hrs. for a lube, oil, filter and tire rotation with an appt. seems long

The owner was a great guy. Talked to me for a bit about his family and journey to owning the store. Made a huge difference. Grateful for his heart and integrity!

Not good worn tires that should be warranted but said do to bad alignment wont cover I was there 4 months ago and was never told I needed a alignment I am a regular customer get all oil changes and inspections there. Had tires less than a year also bought there

Was told over the phone to come in and car would be ready in a few hours. Arrived and they said they can no longer do the oil change, thank you for the wasted drive. I made an appointment for a couple days later after and they said it will take 1 hour. Arrived and 4 hours later they told me to come tomorrow. I said no way! Just be honest

Great as usual, Been going there for over 10 years with 3 different cars. Trust them and they do great work. Only what I need, also they were very helpful when my daughter needed new tires.

So frustrating. I bought 4 tires at their suggestion. Huge vibration so I took the car back. After 6 hours later the car is still not fixed. What is good no on here?

Hi Phil, I had stopped by on Friday afternoon, to see about getting my truck in to have the rack and pinion job done. I had talked with Victor and very surprised I asked if I could bring the truck in Tuesday or Wednesday, he said sure. He didn't put it down in the book. So yesterday when I brought it in, Rob was surprised when I showed up, cuz he looked in the appointment book and nothing was written down. Told him what I had talked about with Victor and he said ok. So thank you for being able to do the job without having me on the books. I pushed for it to be written down. With Big O Tire, I think of you as my family members, and I don't get the run around that other shops would give, namely because you know me, I wont put up for it. Been with Big O for too many years and will still keep coming to you for the auto needs for our family. Thank you for the service that you and your entire crew are doing, keep it up!

I did not appreciate my SUV breaking down a day after I get it fixed. Now I need a new car and I'm out $342 dollars. Thanks.
