Long wait time so we left, also false advertising of a coupon for oil changes.

Took me 2 hours to get an oil change. 2 HOURS

This location provides fast & friendly service.

This is not the first time that oil was slopped around the undercarriage of my car during an oil change then drip puddles in my garage. Not being able to do clean work makes me question the ability of the mechanics to fix problems.

The mechanics here are honest and courteous. This location has kept my car running in great shape for years! Keep up the good work!!

Horrible customer service, I will never go back to this store and I will make sure to tell everybody I know how horrible it is so they don't go there as well.

I will never bring my car up here anymore, the only person that has been helpful is David Ackerman. Victor Diaz was a complete asshole. I spend damn near 1k on my car and I brought it in for breaks abut seen they offered tuneups and said you know what I'll get that to. The next day I get my car back and everything is bad on it the breaks are scrubbing and now my car is dragging. Victor claims its the carburetor which I had no problem with before coming here. So they kept my car for another week and it's still the same and there is still noise coming from the breaks. I can't speak for all Big O Tires but wouldn't recommend this one just my opinion

The manager was helpful in guiding me to do the right things for my car at a great rate. Which helped significantly did not really have the funds so he showed me how affordable it could really be.

I would like a call back at 6235214147. It seems like it's big o policy not to allow appointments for tire rotations and when I called three stores in my area they all told me that if I came in it would be 2 to 4 hour wait before they could get my car in. Now do you think after spending $600.00 plus dollars I want to wait 4 hours on a job that should take approx. 1 hour to complete. They. Allow appointments for oil changes which should be around $30.00. So someone that spends $30.00 gets better service than someone that spends hundreds or thousands of dollars. DO YOU THINK I WOULD COME BACK OR RECOMMEND OTHER PEOPLE TO USE YOUR SERVICES. HOPEFULLY THIS CAN BE RESOLVED.

After spending $1800 to get the suspension and components replaced on my truck, I had to return 3 times for various problems that haven't been fixed. First return was to correct the steering wheel after all work was done. It was turned far right while going straight. The second time I returned was for the right sway bar link not being installed. There was no nut or washer present and after a 4 hour wait, yes 4 hours, they put a new nut on. While driving home, my truck was pulling hard to the right. Which leads me to believe the alignment was done without this sway bar bolt being installed originally. I immediately called and told them the problem. I returned the following day to get this corrected. The assistant manager said he would not be able to get to me that day. Stating that his guy was so busy. After a brief conversation about what had been going on, he finally decided to have the alignment checked, but he wasn't happy about doing so. The print out proved that the alignment was way off and he said to come back the next day, as he didn't have time to correct the issue. WOW. Absolutely the worst customer service. The work of the "mechanic" is sub par and it shows due to the workmanship. I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever. I have to take my truck to another shop to check the work that was done, as I cannot trust that more parts were not properly installed.

I arrived at the store at the time of my 1;00 appointment. I entered the store and stood at the counter wherein the one employee working the counter,did not greet me or acknowledge my presence as he finished his work with another customer. At approximately 1:10 I was finally acknowledged and explained I had my 1:00 appointment that I had confirmed over the phone the previous day. I was there because of the $ 19 plus special on oil change , tire rotation and free lube job ( a process my truck does not require ). My paperwork was begun and my vehicle specs were examined. I looked at the work order tucked over the other side of the counter and noticed the total due for my job had risen from the $ 26 per my earlier phone call to the store up to $ 72. I objected and explained what I had expected. The employee said he was busy and did not have time to confirm anything until he could get my VIN number, and showed me off to the waiting room. Shortly after 2:30 , I was notified my truck was ready, at which time I was presented with a $72 bill from a different employee and as I was objecting, the manager was called over , and my bill was corrected to what I had expected for a vehicles that takes a 5/30 conventional oil change. I had also requested the mechanic to look at my brakes while the wheels were off and evaluate how they were doing. When I asked about them, he said " they're fine ", I didn't think much of that response , I was looking for a wear percentage guesstimate at the least. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store over the years, and thought I'd try them out again for this special deal but I was greatly disappointed and see no need to ever return

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received on Tuesday. I have been taking both of our family vehicles to this store for years, yet when an issue came up with my truck after your store performed my oil change. You guys handled it horribly. I understand my vehicle is older, but blaming the loss of my transmission fluid after your oil change was not right. A vehicle doesn't lose that much fluid in one hour. It could have ruined my vehicle. I will not be returning to your store and I doubt my wife will either.
