Big O Tires

In both of my visits the mechanics forgot to put parts back on my vehicle, my first trip the mechanics disconnected my EGR system and vacuum hoses were laying down. They also stated they did an inspection and my vehicle was only having an issue with the left boot being ripped. A few days later my vehicle was running horribly and shaking, I called and scheduled an appointment. By the time I was able to make it 10 + days after the service the mechanics at Pep Boys reattached my hoses and also noticed a cracked motor mount where my engine had started shaking. They also did not reattach my air filter or its bolts. One of the guys also busted his finger up and I assisted him medically, they still charged me full price for an oil change and did no alignment or rotation. The second trip after I had a mechanic at Pep Boys diagnose and fix my vehicle the manager at your shop offered to do another oil change free of charge, I stated to him do not touch any filters please leave everything as it is because of what happened already. At the end of the oil change the mechanic brought to filters out and even though it was clean 10 days ago it was covered in black dust and they told me I needed to buy another one. I left the shop after everything was finished and the mechanics called me stating they had my air filter still. This is the most unprofessional shop and service I have ever received in the state of Arizona. I frankly believe them disconnecting my hoses contributed to my cracked motor mount as well as other issues due to my EGR system being disconnected. I cannot express my frustration any more than I have. I am very disappointed

Big O tires were fast on putting new tires and doing alignment. Did have to redo alignment next day but staff was very good and great customer care.

Customer service - better than most. Gets busy at times and you just have to wait your turn. Cleanliness - It's a tire store, an environment which deals in dirt. That being said, waiting room is spotless (w/coffee). I came in with a specific desire but not enough knowledge of the available products to make a good decision. Shopped around for a Saturday afternoon with five competitors and came back to Phil at Big-O ... not because he had the best price, but because he had the right attitude, the right product and Big-O standing behind him. I got what I needed with no fuss and know I can go to Big-O if I need help.

Great fast service when I took my jeep

my visit before last cash money was removed from my drivers door panel it was only $12.00 dollars on duty manager told he would look at video never heard back from him i covered the money up but some one found it and it was there when i handed over my keys my wife will always bring in her car as for never again

My go to auto shop. They do good work

In with no appt on a slow, rainy day. Wait time 30 min or less. Lounge has coffee and TV and wi-fi. Tech checked my air filter which was also due for a change. All good.

Had a oil change they also change the filter did a great job in a timely manner

We had a 10am appointment for oil change. My son waited and the appointment took over 2 hours. He was not even advised you were running behind. I have been coming here for years for oil changes. My last appointment for the oil change also was over two hours long. You were suppose to call me when done but I had to call. Terrible customer service. Will find somewhere else for my oil changes.

Great service they are quick and efficient

Please read!!!! I went to this Big O Tires and had the worst thing a company could do to us. My son and I both took our cars in at 10am this morning for an oil change. I was laughed at by Victor Diaz for my lack of knowledge for the kind of oil my truck takes when I called my husband for help. They told us it would be two hour wait. We walked to my house to wait. At 2pm I called and Victor Diaz said they were to busy to get our vehicles done but they will. We waited. At 4 when they close, we went up there to find out all other there customers they had were done and only two cars left. Mine and my sons. The owner did not care that since I was waiting at home he made us last for the entire days work. Not only did we not get our oil change they made my son late for work! Please comment and share my experience with this shop. Phil clevenger believes because he is busy he does not need to care. Not once did either one of these men apologize for their action. What a lack of disrespect and deplorable behavior. The owner felt this to be acceptable!

Been here since 840 in morning got qouted out time 1 hour and half its 1120 now truck still not pulled in wtf never coming again employees dont communicate with each other. There lying to customers for they can stay smh

They did my oil change and also rotated my tires. I love going to Big O Tires!! Next is a tune up and brakes.

They are not honest about the proper way charge someone.

I went in yesterday to get a tire alignment and left without any problems. I start driving down the road and notice my truck is going straight however my steering wheel is not straight. So I take it back in and they say they fix it and I leave again. I start driving and again my steering wheel is still not straight. So I waited to see if maybe it was the road but I am out driving to work today and it's definitely not straight. So I take it back and the guy (same guy I dealt with yesterday) told me that the mechanic ran the numbers again and the alignment was off so they fixed it. Okay, that's great but they didn't fix my steering wheel still. I will calling to speak with a manager when I can get in again, for the 4th time. I tried calling a different Big O Tires to see if I can go to them, but they said I had to go back to this location. - it's something so small but it shouldn't take 4 times to get it right. A 90$ service, should be done correctly. Also, if they were going to check my glovebox to see if I kept the papers from yesterday (which I did) maybe they should've just asked instead of leaving them on my passenger seat. They have no right to go through my glovebox.

Only place I go to get my case serviced.

An appointment customer ahead of me inquired about the status of her vehicle, and the tech proceeds and says let me get rid of this customer first then quickly changed his wording. When it was my turn 'the customer he wanted to get rig of' I asked about the availablity for an alignment. He then said 'I don't have a crystal ball'. So I just left taking my money and potential business elsewhere. 5115 w olive Glendale az
