The employees were very nice and respectful. Communication was clear and the waiting area was clean and stocked with coffee. I am very glad that I came to Big O Tires for my oil change. 10/10 would recommend and will most likely come back for my next oil change!

Very nice place to go to get your car fix right..

We had just drove through a construction area when the tire indicator light came on in the dashboard indicating that one of the tires was experiencing a loss in air pressure. We then took our vehicle to BigO Tires where we were assisted by BigO Tires Associate Taylor James who was very Professional and Knowledgeable and was able to get the problem solved while we were at lunch, and then call us to let us know that he had resolved the issue with an RMA approved Plug Patch for a Free Flat Repair at no charge. Kevin worked me in even though they were overbooked and had my service completed expeditiously on a Sunday. I usually go to Discount tire because they are close to home, but they are not open on Sunday. Are you listening Discount? Big O knows how to run a business.

Replaced a damaged tire and fixed a tire with a nail. Apparently they had to find the needed tire from a different location in the far west valley area and kept me informed of the delays in a professional and polite manner.

First time customer and I was amazed! They helped me where I needed. Didn't overcharged me and got it done fast. Definitely come back.

Brought in a flat tire, after removing the tire from the rim, staff showed me, and explained the damage, and why patching was not an option, then recommended a replacement.

He told me my vehicle would be looked at as soon as possible, and I would be informed of the status as soon as possible. The member who assisted me when I checked out was also courteous and explained fully what was accomplished.
