Big O Tires

The gentlenmen at the front were great! They were friendly and respectful... the only thing I felt where this location is lacking is length of wait. I brought my car in for a flat tire due to back tire had two screws in it and it took 2.5 hours for work to be completed. Their were a few other customers in waiting area complaining also that had been there alot longer.

They were very professional and friendly! Had coffee and WIFI while waiting. They kept coming over to see how I was doing. Would recommend Big O tires to my friends and family! Thank you!

Big O Tires does great work and their customer service in almost unmatched. Very impressive. What's not impressive is how the Big O Tires locations aren't all networked (linked) together. The location I usually go to burned down, all the services that are (should) be under warranty wasn't, because the this networking issue. Which means I paid for a years warranty again, that I wasn't able to use costing me more money. That's not okay considering how well I take care of my vehicle. Very disappointing.

Very nice person greeted me when I walked in. I was there for an oil change. He tried to sell me the most expensive, but I believe he was doing his job. I drive a Cadillac SRX 2015. We agreed on the mid priced oil change which I thought was fair. They also rotated my tires. On the counter was a free DNA test with the oil change, which I was not offered. I will still be a customer because I felt he was pretty honest. Lisa Boettcher

Professional knowledgeable And great customer service

Line items promised to be removed left in. Sold 4 prorated tires for more than the buy two get two would have saved me. Tech exaggerated need of replacement parts. 4mm pads would last "maybe another month". Badly aligned and badly balanced so I now have a shimmy in the wheel at 70+ mph. Don't think I'll be returning. Service was friendly but felt dishonesty represented. Feels more like a car dealership than a mechanic to me.

On my way to Phoenix from Cottonwood, I stopped at Sunset Point rest stop. My bumper caught on a parking block and ripped completely off. Good Samaritans helped me put my bumper in my car. It was crazy. I called Big O seeking help and the manager Taylor offered to remove the other parts that were dragging until I could get the bumper fixed. Then he asked me to look at my tires while my car was on the lift. I had an appointment for new tires at the Big O in Cottonwood but it was four days away. Taylor showed me how my front tires were already beginning to split. He had tires in stock and gave me a great price as well as getting me hooked up with a no interest for six months Big O credit card that saved the day. He was personable, kind, open hearted and concerned about my safety. My bumper coming off was meant to be so I wouldn't bust one to two of my tires on the way back up North because the problem needed to be addressed immediately. I was so grateful to Taylor. He is good people and it felt like I was still in my small town with Salt of the Earth customer service. I've already recommended this location to my family in that area. Thank you Taylor! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was quoted $45. I ended up at $168 after the addition of a tire pressure monitor on one of the wheels because the associate said there was a dash light that would flash the low tire pressure alert. I recognized that the light would flash for the first 15 seconds after engine startup and then turn off so I agreed to the additional repair with the understanding that the light should not flash at all if the tire pressure was accurate. Upon completion of the work I went to my vehicle and notice that the tires had not been rotated. I re-entered the establishment and requested the rotation. While the work was being done I reviewed my inspection report and found that ALL tires were rated at "9" for tire life. It is obvious from looking at the front tires that they were significantly more worn than the rear since the vehicle is front wheel drive, and that is why I requested the rotation. The technician obviously "pencil whipped" the tire wear information and failed to rotate as requested. Since my service I have noticed a severe vibration issue when speeds are in excess of 60 mph that was not there prior to my service. In addition, my tire pressure light still flashes for the first 15 seconds after engine start and I am not seeing any change associated with the addition of the new tire pressure monitor repair. I have to find time to return to the same repair location or find a different Big O store to address the vibration issue

ALL of the employees were kind and went above and beyond to get me in and out, and my tire replaced after it could not be repaired. I’m happy

Guy in dark gray shirt knew his job.. I came in with free oil change. He claims he was upgrading me for 37.00 The special was 16.99 I agreed which wasn't really what I wanted to do being that my coupon said free. I asked for ride home, they took 20 minutes. The employee was washing his hands? He took so long that I decided I was being taken advantage of. I did not stay to recieve any service.

I have used this location several times in the last 2 years. Very happy with the service and communication.

I purchased $593 tires alignment n oil change at 5pm . Store closed at 6pm . The job was finished by 6:49 pm 2 of the 4 brand new tires were flat. Not to mention your closed now. I had to drive my vehicle back to big I tires on not 1 but 2 FLAT TIRES 500$ FLAT TIRES!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Taylor your manager response was this has only happend 10 times on 20 years of me working here. Um ok and that's supposed to mean what? Oh I remember now Taylor said its human error and if I cant accept human error big o tires will run with OR WITHOUT MY BUSINESS!!! Such a great way to speak to someone who spent 600$ and the tires didnt last 49 minutes . Not to mention my $700 purchase made with big o tires and paid of feb 14th or the fact my brothers spent 3100 up there in feb as well. Guess what he had to take his truck back 3 times for the same leak he paid 3100 to fix . Matter of fact his truck was sitting there to be FIXED AGAIN when I returned to the store on flats . My brother and myself said we will NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Cuz they provided tires when I needed them I didn't have out of pocket cash
