Big O Tires

I wont be back to this location I purchased 4 brand new tires march 23rd at 515pm by 649 my tire lite was on inside the vehicle. By morning I was sitting on 2 flat tires!!! Awesome work guys . I can truly see why I spent 600$ here yesterday. NOT what a joke . My brothers vehicle has been back 3 times for the same leak he paid for them to fix as well. So won't be back for engine repairs at all or tires

They were excellent in taking care of my vehicle, which an auto store didn’t know how or just didn’t want to do it. He explained what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and did the job in little time. He even tied my grandson’s shoe. :)

Been here 3 times since they opened. Received average service 1 out the 3 times I went. Don't know if I'll be returning. 1st oil change I ever got, my car leaked the entire oil change. Got a piece of metal in my tire, that might cause an issue in the future. I was told to keep it in my tire (my appointment was mostly to get my tire repaired) because they felt it wasn't necessary to repair my wheel with a piece of metal in it.

I was able to get my vehicle checked in without an appt. And was able to get additional services at a very reasonable price. I was very happy my vehicle was taken care on this visit.

Service adviser was not able to listen to my needs when vehicle was brought it. Joked about our shops ability to install components, while trying to up-sell us tires without even measuring thread thickness. Came in for an alignment (toe correction), wasted time trying to up-sell us a more expensive alignment (once again not listening to our needs) and to top it off 20mins after us returning to work we get a call to ask for more money since the vehicle we took in required more labor... when asked why, the only response he gave us was "it's because it's a Mercedes"�.... we only bring in Mercedes and this has never been a issue. At that point we had decided to pick up the vehicle and go back with our other vendor when he returned to tell us the price previous agreed on was valid. Besides that things have been great and will return but will not deal with this adviser, as he truly pissed me off.

My visit to Big O Tires was great. I know it sounds cliche but as a female I just want to be able to take my car and not be annoyed with attitude of making me feel stupid about it. I parked my car and went inside. The customer service was great, everything was explained,how long, what is going to be used, how much it would cost, if I wanted to wait where I could do so. Even after it was ready my car was parked right across the door and it was all quick and hassle free. Definitely will be back.

I spent a significant amount of money for a brake job and tune-up. My brakes have never worked the same and continually squeal and sound like they are grinding.

Was told it would take up to 1.5 hours. Was done in less than 1

First of all I don't know why there would be anyone in the car touching all over the ceiling and getting the exterior dirty. I have to bring car in to complain. Secondly never have I seen a service sticker have current miles and date instead of miles and date for next service. Also I never have been to shop that gives you service sticker with paperwork and doesn't put it in on your window. Guess this is what I get for taking car to a tire place for an oil change. Just got a coupon and wanted inspection on tires and guy who checked me out didn't talk at all about check. Overall highly disappointed in experience.

The personnel was friendly, informed, and helpful. The prices and services received very reasonable. The location is convenient.

I came in for a free tire check and then asked the technician about some services I might need. He checked Carfax and noted that a few of the things I thought I might need had already been taken care of over the last few years and advised me on what I still needed to get done so I left the car and 2 hours later the shop called telling me it was completed.

You have one of the best tech I know that works there Marcus Garcia he has does great quality work on all my vehicles. I highly recommend friends and co worker to go to that location because of that reason.
