I don't know much about cars and it was refreshing to have them tell me just what needed to be done and not pressure me into unnecessary procedures! Great service, will be going back for all my car needs.

I was loosing 10psi on my right rear tire over the long weekend. I have only just moved to the USA from Australia so I am unfamiliar with this country. I drive to the team at Big O because it was near my home. The guy looked at my tires, addressed the issues, quickly booked it in immediately. I only just purchased the car so their help was much appreciated. I walked home while they carried out the service. It was ready less than 2 hours later. They are professional, gentlemen, quick and kind.

Dan was outstanding. Went out of his way to find a matching tire for my son's car. He was super friendly and helpful.

Was in and out with in less than 20 minutes. Fastest I've ever been in and out. Great job guys. Friendly and guys are on point. Thank you

Dan Pemberton was great. Scheduled my appointment and did more than I asked for. Very knowledgeable but especially customer service oriented. He listened to me.

I had no idea all the things wrong with my car so for the price and how they checked everything and showed me what needed to be done to my car and how they could help was very nice and I appreciate it. I’ll be back again to get my car fixed up

I took my vehicle right back when I said they weren’t right on my appointment time. The game and talk to me and told me how long it would be. It was right on the money. I think the waiting room needs a little work up though.
